Eligible Cases for Replacement

You may request a replacement if:


  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Replacement Request Timeline


  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included

Replacement Process


  • Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be dispatched

  • In most cases, replacements are shipped within 24–48 hours

For cosmetics (mascara, skincare, makeup) :

Opened or used cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used cosmetic products.

As we operate with Cash on Delivery, refunds are not standard practice.

When Refunds Are NOT Offered

Refunds are not provided for:


  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Delays caused by courier or customer unavailability

Exceptional Cases

In rare situations involving confirmed delivery issues or security concerns, a refund may be issued at our discretion after investigation.

Any approved refund will be processed only after product return and inspection.

🚫 Order Refusal & Failed Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:


  • The order may be blacklisted for future COD orders

  • Repeated refusals may result in account restriction
